Vision
Vision Statement
To empower students to move from living apart from Christ to know and serve Christ with all their heart, and soul, and to share Christ with others. It is our desire to expose students to the community, and to the truth of Christ. To equip them with the unconditional love of God, and to serve, and share that love with whomever they come in contact with. By implementing Christ in their everyday lives, we have a vision to see growth in numbers, and in hearts. It is our goal that these students become leaders, and lead younger students in discipleship. Matthew 4:19
Mission Statement
Our mission is to share Christ and our faith without fear, build relationships that will last, and offer a sense of hope, and comfort to students when they feel lost. We want to target unchurched students, introduce them to Jesus, and move them to become core-committed students. Then use their spiritual gifts and talents to serve in a ministry.
Purpose Statement (X-Factors)
CRUSH Student Ministries is based on the eternal purpose of God.
XPOSE: Non-believing students to the gospel. (Evangelism) We want to share Christ with students wherever we can; encourage students to bring their friends into a fun and non- reaten environment, and hear the gospel. Acts 1:8
XALT: God’s presence with their bodies, and voices (Worship) We want students to praise Christ in ALL they do. Worship is more than just music! “Worship is expressing our love to God for who He is, what He’s said, and what He’s doing.” John 13:35, I Thessalonians 2:8
XCITE: Students about our GOD. (Fellowship) We want to connect students with each other; and have activities to keep their interest. Psalms 119:11, Colossians 2:6-7
XPRESS: Their love for the lost, and their love to Christ. (Discipleship) We want students to be committed to grow spiritually, together and on their own. We want to have a discipleship program for students to learn how to share the gospel with others, and learn just how much they are loved by God. Ephesians 4:11-12
XPERIENCE: God in their everyday life. (Ministry) We want to challenge students to discover their ministry, and pursue it. We want to create ministries that allow students to use their talents for God. Psalms 100:2, Psalms 95:6
